These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of stripeitacademy.com (the "Site") and any services purchased from Stripe It Academy ("we," "us," "Stripe It Academy"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Stripe It Academy is the business development coaching brand of Cam Roberts. Cam is the founder and operator of a seven-figure pavement maintenance and line striping business based in British Columbia, Canada, and brings that operating experience directly into every coaching engagement. Stripe It Academy is currently operated as a sole proprietorship, with our business address at 885 2nd Ave, Prince George, BC V2L 3A6, Canada. You can reach us at info@stripeitpodcast.com.
2. Services We Offer
Stripe It Academy provides business development coaching, education, and community services to pavement, line striping, and sealcoating business owners. Our current offerings include:
Stripe It Pavement Community on Skool - a paid online community with weekly group coaching calls, at a published monthly subscription rate.
1-on-1 Business Development Coaching - a private coaching program with custom pricing, available by application after a discovery call.
Free educational content including the Stripe It Like It's Hot podcast and newsletter articles.
Specific service descriptions, deliverables, and pricing for each program are described on the relevant page of the Site or in the written client agreement provided before purchase.
3. Booking, Purchase, and Payment
Community subscriptions are billed monthly through Skool. 1-on-1 Coaching is purchased via signed written agreement following a discovery call; payment terms are set out in that agreement.
All prices on the Site are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us (or our processor) to charge the agreed amount on the agreed schedule.
4. Client Responsibilities
Coaching results depend on your effort and the conditions of your business. You agree to participate in good faith, attend scheduled calls, and apply the strategies discussed in a reasonable manner. We do not guarantee specific revenue or business outcomes.
5. Confidentiality
Information you share with us during coaching is kept confidential and disclosed only to administrative staff bound by confidentiality, except where required by law or where the information is already public or independently developed.
6. Recordings
Coaching calls may be recorded. Clients receive access to their own call recordings in secure cloud storage for the duration of their engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (articles, podcast episodes, frameworks, templates, etc.) is owned by Stripe It Academy or used with permission. You may not republish or resell our content without written permission.

10. Disclaimer
Stripe It Academy provides training, information, and coaching. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Your business results will vary based on factors including your effort, market conditions, experience, and resources. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stripe It Academy's total liability arising from your use of the Site or services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the prior twelve months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on the Site with an updated date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
